WordPress offers many settings that allow you to set who has access and to what, aid in accomplishing the various tasks you need to do and other settings you may want to modify at your website. For example, under the settings\tools menu, you will find access to importing and exporting your content. The “Users” link gives you access to where you can set “roles” for your users. You should be sure to review this section as it will give you insite into what are generally rarely used but very necessary components of WordPress.
